Returns Policy: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us regarding a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please ensure you reach out to us before initiating any return process.

Items that do not meet the following criteria cannot be returned:

  • Products that are not in their original, unopened condition.
  • Items that are damaged or have missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Discounted Products & Personalized Items
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.

 

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and confirm receipt. After the inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used during your purchase. Please note, the refund may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
